Are the products genuine?
Yes. We sell only authentic NeeDoh and never deal in the counterfeit copies that have appeared recently. Fakes can usually be spotted by a label printed on the toy and a harsher texture that doesn't spring back the way the original does.
How long does delivery take?
One to three business days depending on your city across the UAE. You'll get a message when your order ships.
What age is it for?
3 years and up. The toy contains small parts, so adult supervision is advised with younger children.
How do I clean the toy?
Wipe it with a cloth dampened in lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry it. Don't submerge it in water or put it in the washing machine.
How long does it last?
With normal use it stays soft for many months. What usually shortens its life is high heat, direct sunlight, and sharp pulling.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the product, and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Why did I receive a different colour?
Some editions are sold in a random colour from the range, and this is noted on the product page. A colour difference in this case isn't a defect and isn't grounds for a return.
What does "limited edition" mean?
Editions produced in small quantities or for a specific season, and not remade once they sell out.
